Greetings to All Vendors/Exhibitors …The Festival is FENCED. Attendees won’t be allowed to enter with coolers and/or pets, and are subjected to back pack inspection and metal detectors. . Atenção Expositores…O festival sera cercado. Publico em geral nao pode trazer coolers e animais. Seguranca na porta vai checar bolsas e mochilas, utilizando detetores de metais.

1. It is SHOWTIME. Please be so kind to share our Facebook and Instagram fan page, the Festival, or let everybody know that you will be participating in the Festival. Agora é o momento. Por favor compartilhem nossas páginas do Festival com seus Amigos, ou informem seus amigos que você estará participando do festival, convidem seus amigos para o Festival .

2. SETUP TIMES (MANDATORY) . Friday from 10pm to 2am. Saturday from 7am to 1pm. Todos os expositores tem que realizar o set up a partir das 10pm na Sexta Feira, ou no Sabado entre 7am e 1pm. SET UP WILL NOT BE ALLOWED after these Hours. Set Up nao sera autorizado fora desses horarios.
3. PARKING. Free Parking . There are many parking spaces and parking lots nearby the FESTIVAL GROUNDS. If you arrive early PARKING will be steps away from Festival. Existem muitas opcoes para estacionamento ao lado, e proximo ao FESTIVAL. Chegue cedo e Estaciomento estara a uma pequena distancia do Festival.
4. CHECK IN EXHIBITORS: ALL EXHIBITORS MUST CHECK IN AT EXHIBITORS CHECK IN BOOTH TO FIND THEIR NUMBER, AND PICK UP AND WRISTBANDS. PLEASE SEE MAP BELOW FOR EXACT LOCATION . Todos os Expositores precisam fazer check IN para localizar a sua booth, e retirar wristbands/credenciais. Veja o Mapa abaixo para localização exata check in.
5. ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS: TO PROTECT THE ARTIFICIAL TURF, YOU MUST PLACE PLYWOOD UNDERNEATH ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT. BOOTH SETUP WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT THIS PROTECTION IN PLACE. ATENÇÃO FORNECEDORES DE ALIMENTOS: PARA PROTEGER O GRAMADO SINTÉTICO, É OBRIGATÓRIO O USO DE COMPENSADO (PLYWOOD) SOB TODO O EQUIPAMENTO DE COZINHA. A MONTAGEM DA SUA BARRACA NÃO SERÁ AUTORIZADA SEM ESTA PROTEÇÃO
6. For safety and compliance with park regulations, it is strictly prohibited to stake, drill, or insert anything into the ground to secure tents or canopies. All exhibitors must use appropriate weights, sandbags, or gallons of water to anchor their structures. Any damage to the park grounds will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Por motivos de segurança e em conformidade com as regras do parque, é estritamente proibido fincar, perfurar ou inserir qualquer objeto no solo para fixar tendas ou coberturas. Todos os expositores devem utilizar pesos adequados, sacos de areia ou galões de água para ancorar suas estruturas. Qualquer dano causado ao solo do parque será de inteira responsabilidade do expositor.
7. RULES AND REGULATIONS FESTIVAL: Please review and read RULES and REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF TAMPA AND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT that you already signed ON YOUR APPLICATION. Por Favor, ler as regras do Festival da CIDADE DE TAMPA e do CORPO DE BOMBEIROS que você assinou no formulário.
8. MANDATORY FIRE EXTINGUISHER: If you are a FOOD VENDOR , it is mandatory to have 2A-10BC tagged and serviced FIRE EXTINGUISHER, 2A-10BC. If you are COOKING, FRYING or using a HEATING SOURCE you must have PLYWOOD underneath your heat sources to protect the grass. TODAS AS TENDAS DE COMIDA devem obrigatoriamente trazer EXTINTOR DE INCENDIO de no minimo 2A, 10BC. Se voce estara cozinhando, ou utilizando equipamentos que produzem calor e oleo , sera obrigatorio trazer “PLYWOOD” de forma a proteger a grama.
9. IT IS PROHIBITED TO STRIKE OR TAKE DOWN YOUR TENT/BOOTH BEFORE THE END OF THE FESTIVAL. THE SAFETY OF ALL ATTENDEES DEPENDS ON YOU. Expositores nao podem desmontar tendas ou stands antes que o Festival termine. A Seguranca do Publico em geral depende disso.
10. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TENT/CANOPY TABLES AND CHAIRS: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TENT YOU MUST RENT A TENT, TABLES, AND CHAIRS . FOOD VENDDOR TENTS MUST BE TAGGED WITH A SEAL FIRE RETARDANT. Se você não possui uma tenda(barraca), cadeiras e mesas, você terá que alugar de alguma empresa. FOOD VENDORS precisam de BARRACAS CERTIFICADAS e com o selo “FIRE RETARDANT: . Festival suggests the Following Companies.
11. TABLES, CHAIRS, EXTENSION CORDS, LIGHT FIXTURES: As a vendor you will have 20 amps Max . Make sure to bring your Tables, Chairs, Extension Cords and Light Fixtures. Como expositor , você têm no máximo 20 amperes. Não esquecer de trazer mesas, cadeiras, extensões, e luminárias para sua barraca.
12. CLEANLINES : As a Food Vendor you must bring trash bags, and keep your space clean at all times. You can’t dispense GARBAGE or GREASE on the Grounds. If you dispense GARBAGE or GREASE on the Grounds, the City, BSO, and Health Department may fine you, and shut your business down. Como Expositor você deverá trazer cestos e sacos de lixo para manter seu espaço limpo. É proibido jogar lixo ou oleo de cozinha na grama. A Cidade, o Departamento de Saúde e a Polícia terão o direito de multar o seu negócio ou fechar a sua barraca.
13. E-BLAST AND PROGRAM FESTIVAL: Please review the Program and Flyer and be so kind to share with your Friends !!!

14. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL: As per Festival’s rules and regulations is prohibited the sales of Alcohol by Vendors/Exhibitors. Security Officers and BSO will be checking Coolers, and periodically, Exhibitors. If you breach the Regulation you will be fined and immediately escorted out of the Festival. De acordo com regulamentos do festival a venda de bebidas alcólicas por Expositores, e Barrancas de Comida é proibida. Equipe de Segurança e Departamento de Polícia estarão checando coolers, e periodicamente visitando expositores. Se expositores e barracas de comida quebrarem os regulamentos do Festival multas serão acionadas e os expositores serão imediatamente convidados a se retirar do Festival.
